Older hotel, but we'll kept up. They really strive to keep this place updated. I've stayed here years before & I always have a good experience. The staff is awesome & everyone welcomes my big dogs! There's a pond with a walk directly across the street. The dog fee is very reasonable. I will stay here again!
The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The conference room was stocked with coffee & teas all day.
Rooms have double beds aka full size beds. Very uncomfortable and deceiving if you do not know what a double bed means. Room was clean but no liners in trash bins. Pool is tiny for such a big hotel. If you are not a rewards member the water in the room is 2.50. Stupid they would charge for that when you’re paying for so much for the room to begin with. Over all wouldn’t stay here again.
I travel a lot for work and my stay here was exceptional. After multiple interactions between the front desk and the hotel's restaurant, the staff has been extremely friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the decor was as home-like as I could hope for when staying at a hotel for a week, which means a lot when I'd absolutely rather be at home! The king bed suite didn't look like a hotel room. It looked like a nice studio apartment. I highly recommend a stay here!
The management was absolutely phenomenal. I believe the woman who helped us. Her name was Sandy. She answered all my questions and even gave us advice on where we could eat and hang out. It was absolutely awesome staying here. I will be back.
Rooms are not bad, besides the after smell in some rooms. I think as a guest we shall not need to check into a room, and open the door and first thing you get is a wift of old man smell. Gross The rooms should smell crispy clean. Other then that it's good..!!
Ive stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and has been good most of the times. Only reason I say most is one time at this hotel near and the gf at the time had an unwanted visitor follow us to the room. Other than that issue: this hotel is very nice, lots of room in room and in lobby and restaurant. No additional cost for good breakfast, indoor pool, and walking distance from alot if stores and restaurants. To improve at this location: do hotel reservations in-house and not a calling center/update hallways/offer a cool bar and dance area.
Location is great. Hotel is solid, not a grand Hilton but it’s 4 star to me. Breakfast is in the Restaurant! It’s hard to find, around the pool. On the left, in that restaurant is breakfast. I couldn’t find it til last minute lmao. Staff is cool peoples
